We strive to provide the best service possible. However, if you are not satisfied with our school management software, you may request a refund or cancellation under the terms outlined below.

2. Refund and Cancellation Terms

Refunds and cancellations are available within 20 days of purchase. After 20 days, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at ttripleindia@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds and cancellations will not be granted for:

  • If 20+ students were registered into software.
  • Requests made after the 20-day period.
